Refund Policy

CafeScribe will accept refunds within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

1. Sign-in to CafeScribe with your username and password
2. Go to your 'My Scribe Spot' page
3. Click on the 'More' button to get a full view of the MyShelf page or you can try accessing the MyShelf page directly.
4. Click on the 'Refund Book' button for the title you wish to cancel

What happens when an electronic book is cancelled?

When you process a refund for an order, the system makes an entry in our order database which removes your permission to open that particular book. The next time the MyScribe client checks for new books you have purchased you will no longer be able to open your refunded book. Your other downloaded books will not be affected.
